The University has committed to procuring a Staff Survey tool and expert support to carry out an all-Colleague survey every 2 years and an interim pulse survey in the interval years. This contract will cover a period of 6 years with 3 complete cycles of full and interim surveys. This commitment is part of our University People Plan and ongoing engagement strategy, helping us to measure, track and benchmark our colleague engagement levels over time and understand the colleague experience compared to the rest of the Higher Education sector This will also be a key tool for us to understand the impact of various aspects of the People Plan on the culture and working environment for all colleagues, including our EDI Strategy and other strategic initiatives.
