This commitment is part of our University People Plan and ongoing engagement strategy, helping us to measure, track and benchmark our colleague engagement levels over time and understand the colleague experience compared to the rest of the Higher Education sector This will also be a key tool for us to understand the impact of various aspects of the People Plan on the culture and working environment for all colleagues, including our EDI Strategy and other strategic initiatives.
