The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is setting up a Dual-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of aids and equipment works as part of its Care and Repair Handy Person service. The service covers the whole of the Borough.The Handy Person Service (HPS) focuses on prevention, hospital discharge and some minor works to help clients live independently and safely.
