two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The University of Dundee have three independent boiler plant systems operating at its City Campus in Dundee.

The University of Dundee are seeking an external contractor to:

- Manage the operations and maintenance of the Energy Centre and other boiler assets in Matthew Building and The Wellcome Trust Biocentre as outlined above.

- This provision should include 24/7 coverage including planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance including out of hours provision.
