two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Trust wishes to enter into a call- off contract with a single Supplier for lease and service of MFD’s and Reprographic equipment for the Trust and all of its current and future schools. The Trust is seeking an agreement via competitive Tenders from suitably qualified organisations (‘Tenderers’) in response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Project Aims and Objectives

To appoint a single supplier to provide suitable leased print equipment and ongoing service support to ensure optimal print services at our schools and support offices. The supplier will deliver innovative print solutions to assist the schools deliver savings with the right equipment in the right place with staff fully trained on the devices. The quality and suitability of devices needs to be coupled with an outstanding service offer to support the schools and ensure industry leading uptime of devices.

Contract Duration

The call-off contract will run for 3 years for all new lease agreements. This is subject to an annual price review dependent on SLA performance. The Trust will consider an extension of a further 3 years subject to supplier performance.
