Explanation:
CMAL has a requirement for a Commercial Cost Advisor (Phase 1) and NEC4 Project Manager (Phase 2 -subject to funding) to administer an NEC4 construction contract for the re-development of the harbour at Port Ellen, Islay. CMAL intend to make an award from Lot 9 of the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement for Technical Consultancy Ref 0820. This framework is let under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, as per section 9.1.2 of the Scotland Excel General Conditions of Contract for Services.
