The design, supply and installation of Aids and Adaptations across The Riverside Group. This

tender will be broken down into geographical regions North (including Cumbria region),

Liverpool City Region (LCR), South & Midlands. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. The

contract will be a 3 year period + 1 + 1 option to extend.

This contract is for the delivery of Aids and Adaptations Works as required and instructed by

TRG.

TRG?s stock comprises approximately 65,000 tenanted properties which may be eligible for

works to be delivered under this contract.

Tenderers are advised to note that this contract provides no guarantee of volumes or values

over work over the contract term.

The works that may be required under this contract may include but not be restricted to:

? Minor aids and adaptations work which may include but not be limited fitting handrails,

grab rails or lever taps on sinks and basins.

? Major planned aids and adaptations work which may include but not be limited to structural

changes or removing or replacing existing fixtures and fittings. Examples include fitting overbath

showers and level access showers. Other examples are home extensions, widening

doors and installing ramps.

? Reactive emergency responses to make safe and undertake the subsequent repair

It is anticipated the majority of the work under this contract will be Major Adaptations and

Minor are usually carried out by our In house repair teams Evolve in the North and LCR and

Riverside Direct in the South & Midlands.
