These services will complement established regional long term construction contracts and a variety of one off development projects over the contract term. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to annul part or all of the tendering process and not award some or all of the Contracts.
Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded as up to 3 no. separate Contract appointments.
All documents to be priced in GBP an all payments made in GBP.
