Cloud-based fully operational digital GIS Site Assessment Tool (SAT) that can perform key essential site assessment analysis to comply with the Government's prescribed planning tests for housing and employment development sites: identifying land suitable for homes and employment through assessment of future development sites and testing the expected urban capacity. As part of this work, and following changes in national Planning Reform and proposals for a digital planning system, we are seeking a digital solution to help identify and assess land which may be available for development.
