London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of Graduation and Ceremonial Gowns, Photography and Event Services. The framework will be available to the members of LUPC, APUC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, and SUPC. Members include higher education, further education, the wider public sector and not for profit institutions. Lots under the framework will include Gown hire, Gown Purchase, Photography and Media services, Merchandise, Ticketing, Gown maintenance, In-Person ceremonial event, Virtual ceremonial event, and One stop shop. The framework agreement is estimated to commence in March 2022.

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of Graduation and Ceremonial Gown, Photography and Event Services.

As a guide, Lot structure may include:

Lot 1: Gown Hire and Gown Purchase

Lot 2: Photography and Media services

Lot 3: Merchandise

Lot 4: Ticketing

Lot 5: Gown Maintenance (includes, laundering, repair, recycle)

Lot 6: Full in person ceremonial event provision

Lot 7: Full virtual ceremonial event provision

Lot 8: One stop shop (Lots 1-7)

Other lot options are being considered, including restrictions on the number of lots that one tenderer can be awarded, and the number of suppliers awarded to any one lot.

The framework agreement is estimated to commence in March 2022.
