Lot 1 - TRG have a requirement to re-procure its Gas and Electric Quality Audits contract for Audits of Commercial Gas, Domestic Gas and Domestic Electrical. The requirement is to cover the groups stock nationally. Estimated Annual Value is ?210k. The term of contract is 2 years + 1 + 1 years option to extend at our discretion.

Works will include a range of consultancy services related to the management of a programme of works associated with producing Landlords Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) for Members properties. These services are intended to assist TRG in complying with all current regulations, control risk, maintain industry standards and provide professional expertise. The scope of work will also cover any works requested by TRG in relation to electrical inspections, heating installations, investigatory reports, policy reviews and training.
