Flagship Group plans to modernise the lifts but where better value is achieved for lift replacement, the full replacement will be undertaken. The final decision on which lifts will be fully replaced will be taken by Flagship Group. Bidders must submit the information for both options – the lift modernisation and full replacement. Flagship Group will appoint only one supplier to all seven lift modernisation or replacement works.
