Together Housing are looking to create a framework of contractors who can provide the Empty Homes service in conjunction with Together Housing’s Direct Labour provision. Our employees work over all geographic areas and we are supported by Contractors to ensure smooth service delivery and ensures we can accommodate all requests and rising in demand.The Empty Homes service is customer demand led and is subject to property terminations. Together Housing cannot offer a minimum number of properties or value of work, and priority to sustain our employees will be given.
