The College is seeking contractor/contractors to supply a range of ambient, fresh, chilled and frozen foodstuffs to the Catering and Hospitality departments of Ayrshire College at its Ayr, Kilmarnock, Kilwinning campuses.

There will be 4 lots: Lot 1 Meat, Meat Products and Poultry; Lot 2 Fresh Fruit & Vegetables; Lot 3 Bakery Goods and Lot 4 Dairy Products.

Tenderers can bid for one or more lots.

There will be up to 3 contractors per lot. The contractors will be ranked with orders placed with the top-ranked contractor unless they are unable to deliver the goods within the required timescales. The order will then go to the second ranked supplier to fulfil and so forth.
