This Contract is to source a single supplier for the supply, installation, and maintenance of Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) for Schools, Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and Other Educational Settings with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Corporate Procurement unit of Durham County Council on an as and when required basis.
The successful supplier will provide an exemplar service and mirror this with their customer service throughout the contract period in order to meet the high expectations on the Council and the Customers involved.
