This notice is for information only and does not constitute formal commencement of a procurement process. Surrey Heartlands, Frimley and Surrey County Council Commissioners are looking to undertake an Open Procurement under the Light Touch Regime, under regulation 74 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to secure 5 contracts.

• Based on geographical areas of Surrey (North-West Surrey, Guildford & Waverley,

Surrey Heath & Farnham, Surrey Downs, East Surrey).

• To support emotional well-being, resilience, and independence.

• To provide community based social groups and one-to-one support.

Surrey County Council are the lead Commissioner on behalf of Surrey Heartlands ICB and Frimley ICB, we are looking to award a contract for the provision of Community Connections services.

It is intended that the opportunity will be published during Summer 2023, with a contract commencement date during Spring 2024.
