Scape Group Limited on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Limited are looking to appoint a single service provider to provide servicing and maintenance for lifts and hoists within various public buildings primarily throughout the Nottinghamshire area, but also some properties within the UKF NUTS area (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire) and South Yorkshire (UKE3). It is anticipated that the works and services will be provided by the provider themselves and/or through their supply chain. Consortia bids will be accepted.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Places of performance: UKF (East Midlands), UKE3 (South Yorkshire), although almost all work will take place within Nottinghamshire.

Arc Partnership require a Bidder to provide Lifts and Hoists, repairs, servicing, and maintenance at various locations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire, at its client’s properties.

Arc require a single supplier for a seamless delivery, and the main elements covered by this Contract will be:

 Servicing of Goods and Passenger Lifts to an identified service schedule

 Servicing of Personal DDA fixed Hoists, and Hydraulic baby changing lifts to an identified service schedule.

 Emergency Breakdown response (Autodial)— 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 General repairs and maintenance associated with the above.

The contract will be for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further four 1-year periods (2+1+1+1+1) at the discretion of Arc Partnership.

The award criteria is based on 30% price and 70% quality.
