A single catering partner with a proven track record is required to operate and deliver high quality food and beverage services its three core business segments at

STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway, Swindon:

1. Corporate Hospitality & Bar Service

2. Special Events

3. Cafe

Current estimated turnover, non-exclusive, STEAM catering is £280,000 per annum, potential growth (up to £600,000 per annum) is demand led through the museum bookings.

The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £2,000,000 and £2,200,000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between £3,000,000 and £3,400,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.
