The Authority is looking to procure Fire Door Inspection and Maintenance Services as detailed within the tender documentation. Kent Fire has in the region of 570+ fire doors across 60 sites countywide.
The contracts shall be based on the NEC4 Term Short Service Contract (TSSC) terms and conditions as supplemented by the 7 Force Schedule of Amendments for NEC4, and shall be for a maximum duration of 4 years, made up of an initial term of 2 years plus optional extensions.
