The Trust presently consists of four primary and three secondary co-educational schools.Acer Trust is conducting a tender process to award a contract for the provision of a ‘Management Information System (MIS)’ for the seven schools in the Trust.Each bidder will be provided the opportunity to showcase their MIS solution through presentation, product demonstration and discussions. Acer Trust incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into.
