Description of possible extension:
Following satisfactory 3 year contract there is the potential to extend for an additional 2 years + 1 year subject to performance, competency and agreement by both parties.

Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation
Contractor must provide evidence of insurance (£10 million Public Liability and £10 Million Employers Liability) before works commence.
Technical ability conditions of participation
ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation.
The Town Council would prefer the contractor to be ISO 9001:2015 accreditied but evidence of a similar robust Management System would be acceptable.
This is the International standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) providing a framework for organisations to ensure consistent product/service quality, enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
