NHG are looking to establish a multi supplier framework for the purpose of providing NHG with furniture and other specialised services as indicated in the LOTS description. The Furniture Framework will primarily be for the purpose of delivering NHG’s Furniture requirements and for various areas of the business including Folio Market Rent , Folio London is one of the largest private rent providers in London as well as an emerging Build to Rent developer and operational management specialist. We are completely committed to playing a key role in addressing London’s housing crisis by increasing the overall supply, providing greater choice for Londoners and the wider rental market. Our aim is to deliver a high standard rental product that is professionally managed and allows us the opportunity to generate long-term income streams to invest in local priorities.

Folio London offers its rental properties to customers either furnished or unfurnished dependent on the customer’s choice but at Folio London’s discretion. The portfolio consists of a range of different types and ages of properties (older and brand-new developments) and is made up of studios, one, two, three bedrooms single or split-level apartments and three- and four-bedroom houses. It is estimated that 80% of the Folio London portfolio is currently fully or part furnished. Folio London buys furniture and soft furnishings for properties in two common circumstances:

1.Buying and replenishing furniture for individual properties on a day to day basis. This is to include fully furnishing a unit during the void period between tenancies or purchasing furniture for residents during tenancies.

2.Buying furniture in bulk for new developments (10 to 400-unit developments) to include the strategic planning of show flat interior design, furnishing and delivery.

Folio London buys a full range of furniture from low end budget goods to middle to high-level prime packages for a contemporary high-end style

Analogous to retail shop fitting, this service area includes, but is not limited to, all stages of sales office production (from consultation and costing, design and installation to refreshment and removal), marketing suite production (from concept to removal), maintenance of our on site presentation and the design, creation, installation and deconstruction of our event and exhibition stands and all aspects of related compliance from health and safety to advertising standards. Our definition of show home provision is services which relate specifically to the creation, presentation, and delivery of show homes at our particular developments.

This service area includes, but is not limited to, all stages of show home production and small scale sales offices within existing plots (from consultation, design, procurement and installation to refreshment, plot transfer and removal) and all aspects of related compliance such as health and safety and British standards of contract furniture.

Each site we deliver is different and, so whilst we delivered tailored campaigns to specific audiences for each location, we also seek to balance this localised approach with a signature look where this is practical and deliverable so that the Notting Hill Genesis brand experience on site is of a consistently high standard, inspires confidence in our buyers (and our sales team) and stands apart from our competitors as the best experience.
