The contract is for the supply of works in respect of HRA Phase 5 new build sites. The works will involve new build works on infill sites ranging from 1 new build dwelling, up to 8 new build dwellings on a single site. The sites are spread throughout the Newark & Sherwood Councils District. The project has approximately 18 construction sites to be delivered simultaneously. The sites have been subdivided into cluster locations. No single bidder will be awarded more than 2 clusters of sites.
This requirement is being divided into Six Lots; potential suppliers were invited to tender for one of more of these Lots, with a maximum of 2 lots being awarded per supplier.
