• Manage, operate and maintain the existing Siemens Desigo CC and Desigo Insight Building Energy Management Systems.

• Optimise and report building performance / energy savings, and recommendations to realise potential energy savings.

• Provide a secure web site to support the contract.

• Migrate all sites from legacy Desigo Insight to Desigo CC Building Energy Management System.

• Supply and install replacement parts to existing Building Energy Management Systems.

• Perform specified duties in relation to capital and refurbishment project work carried out by others.
