The University is looking to appoint a Contractor to:
• Manage, operate and maintain the existing Siemens Desigo CC and Desigo Insight BMSs. The maintenance shall be a planned preventative (PPM) and reactive service
• Optimise and reporting building performance / energy savings, and recommendations to realise potential energy savings.
• Provide a secure web site to support the contract, which can be accessed at any time by nominated University staff.
• Migrate all sites from legacy Desigo Insight to Desigo CC BMS
• Supply and install replacement parts to existing BMSs including all connected
• Perform specified duties in relation to capital and refurbishment project work carried out by others.
