National Museums Liverpool (NML) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a multi-provider framework agreement to undertake Graphic Production and Installation across our exhibition galleries and venues.
NML typically produce 18-22 Exhibitions and Displays across its 7 venues per year with at least 5 of those being considering large-scale. We also have several permanent galleries which require maintaining to a high level. We would be expecting contractors to be producing graphics such as large-scale printed wallpaper, graphic panels on substrates, printed vinyl, foam labels, recyclable/sustainable signage, and screen printing to name a few. The requirements of each call-off contract will contain varying scope depending on the design and exhibition venue.
Appointed contractor(s) awarded 'call-off' contracts' from this framework agreement will work collaboratively with NML's internal design team to develop a graphic production approach in line with project milestones, timescales and exhibition programmes.
Subject to this framework agreement being extended to its potential maximum term, the maximum total value of all contracts awarded is estimated to be at up to £250,000 GBP excluding VAT, (or up to £300,000 GBP including VAT).
