This is a transparency notice to notify the market of the ICB’s intention to follow the Most Suitable Provider Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, in respect of the Proposed Contract.
The provision of Hounslow Community Services includes the following services:

Any providers wishing to express an interest should read and familiarise themselves with the Service Specification and document 1 MSP EOI Instructions and, complete the document: ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire , Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template and the potential provider response document Financial Ratio template ’, within the Atamis project, the details of which are provided below.
The opportunity to register an interest and submit a completed ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire, Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template and Potential Provider Response document - Financial ratio template’ notice will be open for a period of 14 days, from the date of publishing this notice, before the ICB proceeds to assessment of providers.
The ICB will assess interested providers’ responses to the ‘Document 3 A Selection Eligibility Questionnaire and Document 3 B Potential provider response Assessment Template’, applying the key criteria, and basic selection criteria in order to determine the most suitable provider(s) to whom to make an award.
