The Client (Employer) is a registered provider of social housing. Stock profile for Lot A is houses, bungalows and maisonettes.
Lot B: other properties, such as flats, rooms, bedsits, communal areas, supported housing schemes, offices, small community centres, small commercial units including Great Places’ distribution centre (warehouse) and landlord supplies such as plant rooms, street lighting and external lighting.
The contracts are being let because the current contracts are coming to an end.
Contract term is five (5) years with no extension.
The scope of the services to be performed is: Electrical Testing, Appliance Testing and Condition Report Inspection Services to Great Places properties. Services may also include electrical heating maintenance and some remedial works.
The Client requires two suitable and properly qualified contractors experienced in providing services similar to the services being let under the contracts (one contractor for each lot).
