SWR has an appetite to digitise and streamline many processes across the business. This aligns with the broader strategic aim of fully utilising the tablet and phone devices issued to front line teams - enabling them to reduce paperwork and remove repetitive and inefficient data capture. The requirement in brief is to procure an application that is device agnostic, accessible and integrates into the SWR active directory / HR database (if required) to aid the user experience and remove multiple keying of repetitive information for colleagues using the application to submit data / information / requests back to key functions.
