The University is launching a procurement to complete construction and refurbishment works to Hugh Stewart Hall which is situated on the University Park Campus. The potential scope of works is summarised as follows:- - Refurbishment of the existing accommodation comprising circa 323 student bedrooms, common spaces and social spaces (1930 Block = 105 bedrooms, 1960 Block = 218 bedrooms); - Works to the existing Hall building fabric including window and door replacement; replacement of mechanical and electrical services installations- Overcladding of the 1960’s Block- New two storey Amenity/Welcome Hub extension to include new kitchen facility, dining area and social space- Landscaping works in the immediate vicinity of Hugh Stewart Hall
