***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area*** Oaklee Housing is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to Provide a Customer Service to tenants through Responsive and Planned works service to Lot 1 and Lot 4 of our regions. The two lots have an estimated 325 properties to serve. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement Oaklee Housing wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process.
