This is an online counselling and support service for children and young people aged 10-25 in Liverpool. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and enables individuals to access support directly via a qualified counsellor as well as access information and articles on mental health and social issues.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside - Liverpool Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver online counselling and support to 10-25 year olds in Liverpool. The contract will start on 1 April 2025, expire on 31 March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £264,480 (plus any NHS uplift)
