This is an online counselling and support service for children and young people aged 10-25 in Liverpool. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and enables individuals to access support directly via a qualified counsellor as well as access information and articles on mental health and social issues.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside - Liverpool Place have awarded a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver online counselling and support to 10-25 year olds in Liverpool. The contract started on 1 April 2025, expires on 31 March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £264,480 (plus any NHS uplift).
