The Employer wishes to install CAT6 cabling across all of its Establishments to initially allow users to make in-cell telephone calls and support the installation of kiosk services. The Contractor shall be required to install data cabling to cell and power and data cabling to communal areas in the Employer’s Establishments. In addition, the Contractor shall supply and install all associated hardware to support the delivery of the project. This shall include racks, containment units, conduit, metal cable ties, etc.

The supplier shall be capable and have experience of the delivery of the required contract. This includes:
- The capacity and capability to deliver installation services across multiple sites by 30th December 2022
- Compliance with all legislative requirements while carrying out the Works
- Compliance with all SPS security and operating polices and procedures
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
The supplier will be required to have valid Disclosure Scotland certificates (Basic) for all staff working on-site
Supplier staff working in the SPS’s premises will be required to comply with all security regulations, including the provisions about Prohibited Items
The supplier will be required to provide assurances regarding ‘Workforce Matters’ in respect of those engaged to provide the Works(this assurance will include any sub-contractor staff used to provide Works)
