Progress Housing Group is looking to hold market engagement sessions before Procurement of for their Supply of Materials and Managed Services which is worth approx. £3 million per annum
The Procurement is aimed at selecting the most economically advantageous tender for the supply of Plumbing & Heating Products, Gas Spares, Renewable Products, Building Materials, Tiles, Electrical Products, Aids & Adaptations, Stair Lifts and / or Tool & Plant Hire, Delivery of Van stock, Waste management and associated services to the Group.
Progress Housing Group together with its subsidiary companies provide a diverse range of housing solutions and related services throughout the UK including social and affordable rent, shared ownership, outright sale, rent, sheltered housing, housing for people with specialist needs and telecare and lifeline services.
Progress Housing Group has offices in the North West of England (Leyland and Lytham St Anne’s) and also in Leeds, Lincoln, Boston, Grantham and London.
Progress Housing Group has a stock of approximately 11,500 properties, the majority being in the North-West of England (approximately two thirds) with the remainder spread across the UK including Scotland and Wales. The budget annual turnover is approximately £90 million in for the financial year 2021/2022, and the Group employs approximately 700 people.
Progress Property Services carries out repairs, maintenance and gas servicing for the Groups properties and to external clients (including other housing providers) and specialises in adapting properties for tenants disabilities.
The majority of the Property Services operations are within a 40 mile radius of its Leyland office.
Progress Lifelines services are provided in the North West, Calderdale and Gloucestershire currently and are delivered by local installers and responders.
Progress Living operations are delivered in the Lincoln, Louth, Grantham and Boston areas and are delivered by locally based caretakers.
The Group also has a small number of North West based estate caretakers who will also utilise this contract for their materials supply.
