two.1.4) Short description

Norfolk County Council wishes to award a block contract to a Provider to deliver specialist group-based short breaks from three premises across the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council area and the Breckland District Council area. A budget of £120,000 per year is available for this service, which is to cover all three premises from which the Service will be delivered. The Service will be available regularly throughout the year during most school holidays and at weekends. Norfolk County Council may decide to expand the Service to include some evenings in the future. The exact dates the Service will be available, will be agreed prior to the Service commencing and is likely to differ between the sites, although we wish the first contract to commence 26 July 2021.Full details of the context can be found in the Service Specification, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.
