The tenderer must ensure that all timber or timber related products fully comply with the United Kingdom Government Timber Procurement Policy and are purchased from legal and sustainable sources and accompanied by full chain of custody evidence. The Council’s supplies section operates a Just in Time (JIT) system and orders are placed automatically when stock levels dictate.
