Maryhill Housing Association Limited (Maryhill) invites tenders for the provision of Maintenance & Repair of Mechanical & Electrical services throughout Maryhill Housing Associations stock to commence from May 2021 for a period of 3 years with the potential to extend for one year plus one year.

The Service requires the Contractor to maintain all of the Equipment/Systems which are the subject of this contract from Commencement Date to the Completion Date, with the objective of ensuring their continuing operation, safety and non-deterioration. Inclusive of Planned & Preventative maintenance work to ensure the continued operation of all communal fans and air conditioning units throughout Maryhill Housing Associations stock.
