two.1.4) Short description

To carry out various reactive repairs to occupied properties and void works to unoccupied properties within the Council Housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 12,000 properties with more properties being added on a regular basis. The contract scope of work includes reactive repairs and void works including for the provision of a 24/7 callout service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in that specific lot, within the prescribed times.

Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out works/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire; however, this contract is separated into 3 Lots by Geographical Area. Each area requires Reactive Repairs and works to Void Properties to be carried out within the specified area for that Lot. Suppliers will be appointed to only ONE lot if successful.
