Peabody Trust wishes to engage an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to provide Emergency Alarm Monitoring Services 24 hours per day 7 days per week to support vulnerable residents.

Description of possible extension:
The Contract will be for an initial term of 3 years extendable at the Client's sole option for an additional extension period of 2 years and then subsequent extensions of 1 year up to a maximum contract term of 10 years.
