HSE is seeking two Providers to support our Covid-secure workplace spot check activities through the FY 2021/22, with an option to extend for up to a further period of 12 months subject to agreement and funding.

n summary, HSE requires Providers who can:

• Provide professional visiting services to undertake physical Covid secure spot checks at GB workplaces and meet the volumes indicated

• Respond rapidly to changing requirements in terms of priorities, volumes, location, sector and to changes in government and HSE guidance which may impact on the process and approach

• Provide GB coverage for visiting activities. We do not expect full GB coverage from each provider, but we need to ensure wide coverage and a degree of flexibility for travel. We will allow a Provider to sub-contract work to provide wider geographic coverage and scale.

• Respond to local outbreaks and surge requirements without significant notice which may mean changes to pre-scheduled activity

• Rapidly mobilise to begin delivering Spot Checks at pace
