Annual gas service and reactive maintenance to 2050 Association owned properties with gas central heating boilers. Annual inspection and testing of smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detection equipment. All information to be recorded on Landlord's Gas safety sheet. Annual gas service and maintenance of 7 plant rooms and 2 offices, and annual maintenace to 241 properties served by the 7 plant rooms.
