seven.2) Information about modifications

seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract. Due to the pandemic and its negative impact on the visitor attraction sector key potential commercials partners have indicated that their interest is no longer viable. HLH, on behalf of The Highland Council, now requires our current contractor to procure and work alongside a commercial partner to enhance the whole visitor experience within the castle and in tandem with adjacent projects. The additional costs will not exceed 50% of original contract award.
