A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

The Council aims to act as a role model within the public sector, by carrying out its activities in a responsible and sustainable manner, considering how it can improve the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of the area.

The Tenderer shall be required to submit information as to how their organisation may assist the Council in its objectives in relation to sustainability and community benefit in relation to this Contract. The Tenderer should include information on how this might be measured throughout the term of the Contract.

The Tenderer shall submit information outlining all community benefits that their organisation will commit to deliver during the lifetime of this Contract, should they be successful.
