Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) are looking to appoint two seperate contractors to provide reactive maintenance & annual safety checks of gas-powered domestic central heating systems, commercial heating systems (CHP systems) as well as servicing & maintenance to Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP). The number of properties to be visited each year is currently around 4,900 however this will increase as a result of Kingdom Housing Associations extensive development programme that aims to build circa 400 propertiesper year.
