Ards and North Down Borough Council (ANDBC or the Client) is developing a long-term vision for a Regional Park running from Belfast to Comber; Newtownards; Donaghadee and back to Belfast (the boundary being 50km of a new greenway scheme). Whitespots Country Park at Newtownards (the Project) will be the nucleus for this Regional Park, a development of a new multi-use recreational facility with trails and interpretation of the unique story of the site. ANDBC is looking to appoint an Economic Operator to lead a multidisciplinary design consultancy team (ICT) to undertake the Design, Specifications, Procurement, Supervision, and overall Project Management from RIBA Stage 0 through to RIBA Stage 7 for Whitespots Country Park. Please note this is a re-issued PQQP as the original PQQP process was abandoned. Amendments have been made to Technical and/or Professional Ability criteria for each Consultant Team Member (CTM) that is being assessed. Other minor improvements and amendments have been included in this version of the PQQP documentation. Tenderers must satisfy themselves that they have read and understood all the PQQP documentation within this opportunity before submitting their response.
