It is a requirement of this procurement that Tenderers hold, or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of any subsequently concluded Framework Agreement, the conditions indicated below:
-Be a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme for each driver and escort (if applicable) –they must also have been deemed suitable by South Ayrshire Council.
- An appropriate licence for the vehicle they will be driving where required by law, being either a private hire car driver licence or a taxi driver licence in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982
