• Prevent EHWB difficulties from occurring or getting worse.
• Provide interventions and support when C&YP and their Families need them.
The Service will be delivered by a staff team of suitably trained, knowledgeable and experienced Personnel, who will deliver a range of Evidence-based Interventions in line with the most recent best practice recommendations, such as National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Changes is the lead provider - sub-contracting services from North Staffs Mind and the Dove Service. North Staffs Mind will be providing 1-2-1 counselling; wellbeing coaching; and family therapy.
Dove will be providing 1-2-1 bereavement and loss counselling; family bereavement therapy; and loss and bereavement training .

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 16 January 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.
