Description

This contract covers Energy Consultancy Services for the development of RIBA Stage 4 designs and associated professional services for the Building Decarbonisation Project at Marl Pits Leisure Centre. The project is split into two work packages:

WP1 (2025/26): Design, planning, and procurement - to be completed by January 2026

WP2 (2026/27): Delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover - to be completed by January 2027
