• Vacant building management

Call-off services

• Acquisitions and disposals; taking of new interests; valuations;

• Dilapidation assessments;

• CPO and compensation assessments;

• Planning and development advice;

• Planning applications and;

• Business rates appeals

The geographical scope of this procurement is Greater Essex.
