The aim of this service is to focus on primary prevention (i.e. preventing a first injurious fall) by improving on strength and balance, working collaboratively with relevant partners such as our in-house lifestyles service, Healthy Sandwell or with local NHS services for example, to provide falls awareness information and connect residents to reduce social isolation / loneliness.

The approximate lifetime value of the contract was £238,827.19‬, at the time of Contract Award.

The Contract length at the time of Contract award was 2 years, from 19/07/2024 to 18/07/2026 plus 1 year optional extension period.
